My site is opening a virus and is associated with cloudflare. Even changing the hosting IP, the site continues to open the link https://tinyurl.com/… I don’t know what else to do, I’ve tried to block requests and it doesn’t work.

It looks like someone added a page rule on your account to do that redirect
Login and go to https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/rules and delete that rule.
Next, you should change your password & api key to keep the ne’er-do-wells out. And may be a good time to scan everything (home machine & site) for any malware that may have been left behind. Let us know how it’s going.
