May I ask if you’ve tried reaching out to your Web hosting provider for feedback if your hosting account is active or some issue such as being suspended due to the late payment or abuse?
Are you sure the IP address is correct?
What happens when you temporary Pause Cloudflare? Does it show the correct Website content?
Use the “Pause Cloudflare on Site” option from the Overview tab for your domain at dash.cloudflare.com .
The link is in the lower right corner of that page.
Give it five minutes to take effect, then make sure site is working as expected with HTTPS without any error
Wonder if it’s related to the web server configuration then
Or rather some 3rd-party service provider having your domain hooked into the SSL and CNAME setup.
Could you please temporary follow the steps to Pause Cloudflare from my above reply so we could troubleshoot furhter?
Maybe it has got some kind of a firewall or something is blocking Cloudflare IP addresses.
May I ask what SSL option have you got selected under the SSL/TLS tab at Cloudflare dashboard for your domain ( Flexible, Full, Full Strict … )?
Please, make sure you’ve got Full (strict) selected for SSL.
Could you ask your hosting provider and cross-check DNS tab of Cloudflare dashboard for your zone, so you’d have only:

A www pointed to IP address 212.xxx.xxx.xxx and
Prior this, remove CNAME www and/or CNAME glowinfoway.com if you’re using CNAME type of the DNS records.
Try as well to clear the cache as follows:
Furthermore, kindly ask your hosting provider if it has got implemented a way to return the real visitor IP address as well since you’re behind Cloudflare proxy:
And if Cloudflare IP addresses are allowed to connect:
Okay, I provided steps in case to remove CNAME since sometimes it might get stuck with an old 3rd-party service provider such as WP Engine, Shopify, etc. or might be a part of the SaaS integration.
When I try to navigate through your Website, it seems to not work correctly, I got 404 returned:
