Website Offline How to Restore

Hi Everyone
Not familair with Cloudflare at all but inherited a WordPress website that is hosted here.
Went to visit the website this morning and it didn’t load.
Got login details from client company but they are not technically minded, so I have been looking around in the Cloudflare account to try and restore the website to live.
Other hosting companies I am familari with, they simply have a roll back that can get the website live again in minutes. This site has been down several hours and I have no idea where in the interface to try and go to restore the website.
Can anyone help as it appears the package the site is on is not supported from what I can gather.

FYKI, Cloudflare isn’t a hosting platform. Your hosting provider is someone else.

If your website is down, it can be due to **an error with your DNS settings, hosting provider, or web applications. An offline site can also be the result of security issues due to hackers attempting to penetrate your site with malicious code or DDoS attack.

Thanks for your response, yes I learned that very quickly yesterday. I had just not actually every interacted with Cloudflare but much more onboard with it now. I found in the end that the website is hosted with AWS (amaxzon hosting).
This is what happens when you inherit a website and company who had fired their previous developers and they just disappeared off the face of the planet leaving very few clues about how to access the site.

Thanks for your response and guidanc as to where to look.
I found in the end that the website is hosted with AWS (amaxzon hosting).
I inherited this website and the company who own it. They had fired their previous developers who just disappeared off the face of the planet and leaving very few clues about how to access the site apart from the content management editor (wordpress site).
The site has bounced back in the early hours of this morning suggesting a server outage issue as we still don’t have access to the sites core files. I have taken steps today to liaise with AWS and ask them about this website account.
In the meantime I appreciate your response and assistance. Happy Easter to you.
