Hello,

Our competitor made a fraudulent abuse report about phishing on our website. Now, Cloudflare shows an error page about phishing when you access our website for one week and counting. Our website is READ-ONLY with no POST fields, log in form or any sort of information submitted through a UI.

I would like to find a law firm to help hold Cloudflare and the competitor accountable for this fraudulent and negligent activity on their part. Can you please recommend one that has had successes in the past for finding justice?

Thank you

I’m seeing a functioning website proxied by Cloudflare:

Hello,

Thanks for checking on it for me. It seems to work in some browsers when accessing the URL directly, however, the vast majority of traffic comes from search engines. This is the page that users see when there is a referrer:

You can see how this secret warning page has totally damaged traffic to the website:

It is still offline as of today. It seems like no one cares, and they are not taking accountability for their negligence in supporting this fraudulent tort.

Despite requesting a review several days ago, the website and its performance continue to be severely impact. I am documenting this for our records, due to inaction by Cloudflare and their action of intentionally disrupting the site based on a fraudulent report.

I am checking in today to document that our site is still crippled by this incorrect warning message, based on a fraudulent report which clearly had no competent oversight by Cloudflare. https://forums.mikedolt.com/

The google search send you to www.mikedolt.com. Set up a redirect rule to send users to mikedolt.com

The redirect rule will ensure that traffic reaches your site without the warning until the Trust & Safety team completes it’s review. The Community cannot assist with nor see the details of Trust & Safety reports.
