Hi @ann_dah ,
Do you have the ‘Mobile Redirect’ setting enabled under Speed → Optimization?

Archive This tutorial covers the steps you should take if, when you change your domain to point to Cloudflare, you no longer receive emails to your domain. If you follow this tutorial and still need further help, please let us know what you have tried and share your domain name and, if possible, a redacted screenshot of your DNS records in Cloudflare.

When using Cloudflare, both autoconfig.yourdomain.com
and autodiscover.yourdomain.com
records would need to be cloud as same as mail.yourdomain.com
.
Could you please check the above at the DNS tab on Cloudflare dashboard for your domain?
Furthermore, you should use mail.yourdomain.com
for POP3/SMTP server and have the proper SSL certificate to use secure connection for your e-mails.
Cloudflare’s default configuration only allows proxying of HTTP traffic and will break mail traffic.

Yes, and I just turned it off and it seems to work now. Hopefully that was it! Thank you so much!
