I transferred my DNS to Cloudflare from godaddy, but my website is not connecting to the server. it has been more than 4 days now. again, I tried migrating the website to but I don’t have the backup file for the FTP. How do I go about getting my website to work? I can’t seem to approach anybody, right now I don’t know know who is hosting the website. Any help?

Go here https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns and note the value of the A DNS record.
Then, go here and find out who owns the record
IP WHOIS Lookup - Lookup IP WHOIS Information - WhatIsMyIP.com®
That’ll tell you the hosting provider.
You don’t have anything to migrate if you do not have the site source files.
What is the domain name? Not sure how we can help you, but let’s start with that detail.

I don’t have the file source files. I found out the host is Interserver, Inc. Apparently, I don’t have the login information`
