Website not working properly! (Expect a quick answer)

I hope for a quick answer.

My english is little bit Confusion

The problem I have is that some of my websites do not show images css js files at some times. I am using 000webhost for webhosting and namecheap for domain.
I run three websites this way. I have set dns and other settings in the same way. But there are problem arises only two of them.

Once all the cache is purged, it runs smoothly. But after a few hours, the problem starts again.

          1) Purge all cache
          2) Rocket loader disabled

page rules set to always use https and Forwarding URL only.
