The site is not getting updated with the latest content https://www.kemifilani.ng since we updated to the latest version of Cloudflare APO plugin.
Even after the time on browser TTL.
How can this be resolved??

I see BYPASS for Cloudflare chache, and HIT for the origin, Litespeed cache.
