I have Cloudflare CDN on 3 websites. 2 of my websites show www in the address, but the 3rd one does not. Does anyone know what might be causing this issue?

Your domain does not point to Cloudflare. Are you signed up via a partner setup?
The reason why www does not work is because there is no such record configured. But that is something you need to clarify with your host.
I did set it up through SiteGround. However, I did my other two websites that way and there is no issue.
So yeah, a partner setup. You need to contact your host.
