Website not secure (no green lock)

Hello,
I am hoping i can get more assistance than just this chat. I have been trying to “fix” my website to make sure it says secure. I have been looking at these feeds and did so much to my account now it doesn’t load at all. So now in addition to my page nothing a secure green lock it now says…Error 521 the green lock.
