Website not resolving with ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS after new setup

ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I’ve checked the cloudflare setup and everything seems correct.

This is a brand new set up, so I’ve checked the DNS from the old settings, and made sure they’re on the cloudflare set up.

I’ve changed the NS to the ones for cloudflare and cloudflare updated and said it was correct but when I browse to the page I get:

ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

This page isn’t working

tridentmarketinguk.com redirected you too many times.

So I’m wondering if there is an issue with the SSL or http->https which is killing it?

Check your SSL/TLS setting is set to “Full (strict)” in your dashboard here…

Ha!
Oh wow, so simple! I had it set as auto, so custom and changed it - now its resolving!
What a rookie mistake, I’m completely new to cloudflare but I’ve been developing and hosting for 20 years+
