I have a website on Cloudflare pages, and it works sometimes, I’ll explain:. Some times, the website loads for a minute or so and then throws this error: “This site can’t be reached”. Also, if you click the “view info” button in Chrome, you get the “Your connection to this site is not secure” warning. Trying to open the website on the same WiFi results in this error. When I tried with 4G in one of the phones, this error also occurred. However, on another phone (while using 4G), it works.

This (and especially the mention of 4G in #2 and #3) sounds like we’re talking about up to three different networks.

Sounds like you’re collateral damage, to the bad actions, that has been taken by your ISP (and LaLiga).

Please contact your ISP (and LaLiga), in order to share how disappointed you are.

From this specific ISP, it currently seems to be a hit and miss, across different cities in the Madrid, Spain area, regarding whether you can access websites behind Cloudflare, or not.
