Our site has suddenly stopped working in Spain and India. Server cannot be found. Certain server scanners also report its down yet Uptime Robot shows it’s online.

Seems that correct. Not able to reproduce any downtime in India as of now.

It appears that the DNSSEC was active / pending which I have now deactivated.
Things seem to have resolved now.
