New website migration, updating DNS. www. is now not appearing in the URL

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Updated DNS and contacted BigCommerce, host of new website

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

DNS not responding/updating

Seems there is some redirection from non-www to www, while both non-www and www A record exists and are proxied :orange: :

Wonder if it’s coming from Cloudflare or rather from the website shop platform :thinking:
