Website hosted with Crazy Domains in Australia. DNS hosted in Cloudflare. All working fine then discovered yesterday that site isn’t reachable (see screenshot for error).
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Contacted Crazy Domains support, they insist that the website is working fine in their end.
A & CName (www) record proxied. Checked that correct CF DNS name servers listed at Crazy Domains.
Tested DNS records using CF tools in portal, all seems to be working, but site still not reachable.
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
Go to www.gympieaccounting.com.au or gympieaccounting.com.au.
This is a page served by your host and you need to clarify that with them.
Pause Cloudflare and contact your host to get the site working again. Keep it paused until everything loads on HTTPS and talk to your host if you need help. Unpause Cloudflare only once everything loads fine on HTTPS.
Thanks @sandro for your time, much appreciated. Tried pausing CF and that did make the site appear (but without TLS). Reached out to Crazy Domains again, and pushed on them, turns out there was a setting we can’t access that they could change and that fixed it.
