I had updated the nameservers in route 53 and bigrock hosting as well from the last 24 hrs it is still in pending state.
You have not set the 2 allocated nameservers at your domain registrar, you have only added them as NS records to your DNS…

Can you please tell the exact steps how to do that domain registrar is bigrock and how to add nameservers on bigrock?

Same steps i have performed .
Then you will need to contact them. The WHOIS and registry still show AWS nameservers.
I added nameserver today in morning how much time it will going to take for update.

Usually any change at the registrar shows in the WHOIS and at the registry quickly.
how much time taken by the registrar to update the nameservers, any idea on this?
It should be fairly quickly, depending on how long their backend processes take to make the change at the registry.
