What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Tried:
Clearing browser and DNS cache
Changing SSL modes in the dashboard
Disabling firewall rules
Flushing Cloudflare cache
Checking the site via tools like ping.pe

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

1.Visit the domain: https://www.shyppstore.top
2.Wait for the page to load — it will either:
~Fail to load completely (e.g., blank page or browser timeout)
~Show an error like ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR, 525 SSL Handshake Failed, or a timeout
3.Try running diagnostics via tools like ping.pe — the results show timeouts or failed connections from multiple regions.
4.Disable Cloudflare (grey cloud icon in DNS tab) → Site loads normally
5.Re-enable Cloudflare (orange cloud) → Site becomes inaccessible again

Check your SSL/TLS setting is set to “Full (strict)” in your dashboard here…

If that then gives a 525 error, check that SSL is working correctly on your origin before enabling the proxy.
