Website miscategorized

What is the name of the domain?

What is the issue you’re encountering

The categories for my website are incorrect

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Sent multiple requests to have it changed, initially it was incorrect because I was unaware of the existence of these categories, so I sent a request to update it to matching ones only to have it mislabeled. It is now labeled as “adult themes”, “comic books”, and “CIPA filter”; I have one comic strip hosted there but this is not my primary content, I do art and worldbuilding not comic books. I’m unsure why it was labeled as “adult themes” and “CIPA filter”.

To address this issue, you can submit the report for the mis-categorization through the link here: https://radar.cloudflare.com/domains/domain/varyel.com

I tried multiple times, both through that menu and through the dashboard, and it still hasn’t changed. I understand that it isn’t instant, but there’s no info anywhere about how long it takes for a human to review it, so I’m not sure how long I should be waiting before trying again.

Thank you for reaching out! Our team have revised your reports. There are actual disclaimers on the bottom of your site that it contains adult content; our analysts revised and reconfirmed that the category is relevant.
Once you change that type of content, feel free to resubmit a recategorisation request and we can recheck.
Kind regards,
Alexandra

That only addresses one of my concerns, I don’t make comic books, and have tried multiple times to get that removed and replaced with “art”, which is what I actually do. If you actually had humans look at my website, why was that recategorization ignored?

Also our disclaimer does not say, as you say, that the website “contains adult content”, it says that there may be themes that are not suited for minors or people with sensitivities in parts of the story/universe/lore and provides more details so people can make an educated decision based off their situation - this includes my own personal experiences as reference, and placing mental health discussion and mentions of trauma underneath a blanket “adult content” label doesn’t sit well with me. Yes these topics may be uncomfortable to some people, that is why we provided the warning, but that does not equate to adult content. There is currently nothing on the website that would fit into that blanket category, and I ask that you take that into consideration and remove the label.
