Today my website has a signal loss problem. I contacted the VPS provider Dreamhost, they instructed me to suspend cloudflare. Once cloudflare is paused, the web works again. Next, when I turned on cloudflare, the website lost signal again. Dreamhost support asked me to clear the cloudflare cache and temporarily stop it then turn it on again. However the problem is still not fixed, Dreamhost support staff is not aware of such strange problem and they asked me to check in settings. I don’t know about cloudflare so I haven’t configured anything for it so far. Can you guide me to test this issue on cloudflare?
Can we get an idea of the error? Without it it’s very hard to help…
