You can improve the website’s speed by Enabling Caching and Speed Optimization in Cloudflare as shown in the screenshot below.

Apart from enabling all the settings that falls under these two sections, I also suggest you to minify your website’s JS, CSS and reduce unused JS, CSS present.

Doing these will improve your website’s speed drastically.
