Please bring it back up asap.

We need it up and active to get government funding by December. 1500 student families are waiting for it.

Thank you.

This is appearing on the bottom of all your posts…

Your domain is paid up to 2028, but you are using Cloudflare as your DNS so somewhere something was set up by you, and something has happened. Help us to help you by giving the information being asked for.

Are you in the correct account as was asked?
Did you check the audit log as was asked?

There is a very large image with your phone number on it at the end of every post.

I assume that is an automatic signature added by your email client, and it is very annoying.

I’m sorry, but you are ignoring about half of every answer you receive. I asked you if you are in your organization’s only Cloudflare account or if this is a new account you are using to post here on the forums, and @sjr gave you a link to the Audit Log so you can check if this is the account the website was in or not.

Cloudflare is a self-service company, so they a like a car rental, as opposed to a taxi service. Just like no one from a rental car agency will drive you around, no one from Cloudflare will make changes to your account.

If you don’t feel comfortable managing this yourself, you should either hire someone to do this for you, or at least put in some serious effort to help the people that are trying to help you. Repeating “please fix this” is not going to do it.

Yours truly,

I’m not computer savvy and don’t know how to do it.

We have this website for decades now and nothing has ever happened to us, so why now?

Please help.

Thank you.

I’m sorry but when I clicked on the link you sent, this page did not appear.

Now set the date range from Sep 9 to Oct 9 and see if anything is shown.

…and that shows the domain is not in your account. Are you sure this is the correct account for sacramentoconservatory.com?

You didn’t by any chance just create this account today? If so, that isn’t going to help. You need to log in to the account that looks after sacramentoconservatory.com. You need to talk to whoever set this up for you.

Log out of that account and go here…
https://dash.cloudflare.com/forgot-email

Enter sacramentoconservatory.com and it will email the owner. You need to hope that’s you (or someone you know says they got the email).

Hello Raymond:

With this email I hope that you are doing well.

It came to our attention that our website has beenn down. And the reason why Cloudflare indicated that they could not see the zone and someone might have accidentally deleted that’s why SOA record is missing.

Might you know anything about this, Raymond?

Thank you very much.

YES!

Or is it shown: Boingoc Nguyen?

We’ve had this account for 19 years!

The owner of this account is our CEO: Boingoc Nguyen

She’s right here with me.

Just to be clear. We are not Cloudflare staff or representatives, we are just Cloudflare users giving up our own time to help others.

To also be clear, this is not about your domain name (Cloudflare is only 13 years old!), this is about finding your Cloudflare account that holds, or did hold, the DNS records for sacramentoconservatory.com. As you don’t seem to know anything about it, you need to find the person who set up Cloudflare to handle your domain and get them to see what is going on.

…and please go to Website is not up - #39 by clara.spac and answer on the website. Answering by email is still inserting your huge image on every post.

Thank you so much for your kind help and clarification.

Would you by any change have the contact info of Cloudflare staff? I can’t seem to find it anywhere.

It’s just frustrating to work under deadlines and I apologize for the misunderstanding. I truly appreciate you helping us with this.

Cloudflare support options depend on your plan (which you don’t yet know). Unless you can authenticate as the account owner, nothing can be done. You need to find out who set this up for you and get them to sort it out. It was done around March 2021 according to internet records of your change of nameserver.

As mentioned, your best option is to trigger an email to the owner of the Cloudflare account where your domain was operated…
https://dash.cloudflare.com/forgot-email

Plan B is to change the nameservers to another Cloudflare account, or DNS provider. But to do that you need to know the IP address of where your site is hosted and access to the registrar account for the domain. I suspect you don’t have that information either.

Thank you so much for you advise and no we don’t have any of the info you mentioned.

We will to sort it out. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you kindly again!
