Website is not up

Hello:

My website is not up. This is what’s shown:

Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site. Any advise I’d greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

What is your domain?

Can you make a screenshot of https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns/records (select your domain) that includes your DNS records and the assigned Cloudflare nameservers below?

Hello Laudian:

I am not computer savy so don’t know how to do what you asked.

But please help us get it back and running because we are not able to receive our government grants until our website is up an running normally.

Hundreds of students’ families are dependent on this grant.

Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciate it.

Thank you very much!

If you are using a Windows PC, you have an app called Snipping Tool that you can use to make screenshots.

If that doesn’t work for you, you could probably make a photo of the site I linked in my previous post. Just click on the link and select your domain, and somehow make a picture of that page that shows the sections DNS management and Cloudflare Nameservers and share the picture here.

I’m afraid that without this information, there is no way I can help you.

Hello:

We have double checked all that already. And it’s been like this for atleast 5 days now once we found out; if not longer

Other websites are working just fine.

Please help in any way you can. Thank you very much.

By the way, our 1500 student families are waiting for this website to be up and running so that they can get their tuition payment from the government for December.

With out this website active we are won’t be able to receive payment. So your urgent attention to this is requested.

Thank you so much.

There seems to be no SOA record for your domain. I think one of the Cloudflare staff needs to take a look when they come by.

I’m afraid you still have not shared the information I requested.

What is SOA?

Please help. It’s urgent.

When will the staff come by? to your place?

Thank you.

Outlook-ocqn0co1.png

Thank you.

I have sent you the screen shot already. Please check.

I think you’ve misunderstood the screenshot you are being asked for.

Click this link (you’ll need to log in, press the button for sacramentoconservatory.com to get to the DNS records)…

https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns

That page is what is being asked for.

[add]
(A guess only, maybe you deleted the zone and this is why the SOA record is missing, but I’m not sure - someone else may be able to confirm. But we’ll know when you get to that page).

Please stop including that image with every post of yours, that just hurts readability and will not help you.

Please click on the link that @sjr included in his last post, select your domain and share the requested sections:

Where is "press the button for sacramentoconservatory.com?
I don’t see it.

Outlook-ocqn0co1.png

Could you please send me a screen shot of what’s you’re asking for?

Thank you

Outlook-ocqn0co1.png

This is what I’m seeing when I click on the link you sent:

Select a domain (it won’t let me select. Just a frozen text)

Add a website or application as a Cloudflare zone to make it faster, more secure, and more reliable.

Outlook-ocqn0co1.png

Please stop including that image with your organization’s phone number, it is really not helpful.

That sounds to me like you are not in the correct Cloudflare account for your website. Does your organization have another account that the website is managed in?

You should see this, with your sacramentoconservatory.com where the red box is.

Assuming this is the correct account and there’s no buttons it looks like you have no domains (zones) in your account. If this is the right account, then your zone must have been deleted.

Click this link and see if you can find out when it was done…
https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/audit-log

It was likely in the second half of September or early October as that’s when records stopped…
