If you are using a Windows PC, you have an app called Snipping Tool that you can use to make screenshots.
If that doesn’t work for you, you could probably make a photo of the site I linked in my previous post. Just click on the link and select your domain, and somehow make a picture of that page that shows the sections DNS management and Cloudflare Nameservers and share the picture here.
I’m afraid that without this information, there is no way I can help you.
By the way, our 1500 student families are waiting for this website to be up and running so that they can get their tuition payment from the government for December.
With out this website active we are won’t be able to receive payment. So your urgent attention to this is requested.
There seems to be no SOA record for your domain. I think one of the Cloudflare staff needs to take a look when they come by.

(A guess only, maybe you deleted the zone and this is why the SOA record is missing, but I’m not sure - someone else may be able to confirm. But we’ll know when you get to that page).
Please stop including that image with your organization’s phone number, it is really not helpful.
That sounds to me like you are not in the correct Cloudflare account for your website. Does your organization have another account that the website is managed in?
Assuming this is the correct account and there’s no buttons it looks like you have no domains (zones) in your account. If this is the right account, then your zone must have been deleted.
