What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have a contact form on this website and, overnight, there were hundreds of form entries submitted by a bot. In an attempt to fix this I enable ‘under attack mode’, turned on the two security/bot toggles and created 3 WAF rules. This didn’t appear to impact the site availability but the spam entries continued. I then noticed the site was down. I contacted the host who advised that the host is fine. I then went back to Cloudflare and deactivated all the settings above but the site is still down. Can anyone assist please?

Thanks so much, Neiljay. I am not sure what happened here as I did not touch the DNS. I have disabled cloudflare to get the site back on air and may revisit later.
