Website is down after DNS Update! And online after Cloudflare pause

I changed the DNS today the evening of 20/12/22 and the website is not online yet. and when I pause the Cloudflare website comes online.

I’m facing this error for a long time last month I updated the DNS on Cloudflare and waited for 48 Hours to come website online,

But it didn’t Come online so I had to change DNS back to default.

Now My Website is connected to Cloudflare Completely again and DNS is live but the website is again offline,
I have contacted My hosting Provider many times, and they told me that everything is cleared from their side because the website is Fully connected with Cloudflare, so please please help me to resolve this issue.

whenever I pause Cloudflare it comes online

Here is the Domain: ustackstore.com

Are you getting an error too many redirects? I suspect it’s #1 in this tip, if a wordpress site and ssl is set to flexible, proly #3 in the quick fix ideas.

Also, it looks like nameserver propagation is still in process, DNS Propagation Checker - Global DNS Testing Tool could be an issue with these icann issues that godaddy will remove if you ask them

Domain Status: clientUpdateProhibited https://icann.org/epp#clientUpdateProhibited

Hi Mr. Cloonan!
Hope you are doing Great!

I was in Touch With my Hosting Provider Related to my Issue they told me that there is not any issue from their hand.

Because it’s about propagation and it’s not completed yet it’s been 4 Days Now.

My hosting provider advised me to wait for 48 Hours now still my website is off

please guide me on how I can resolve this issue and come back to my website online.

My Given IP From Hosting is “redacted”

They said that check your Propagation [Preformatted text](https://www.whatsmydns.net/#A/ustackstore.com)

redacted

If I see this IP redacted and still my website is down then the problem is from their hand, but if you don’t see this IP there, it means the issue causing by Cloudflare.

But when I just checked it, it’s still in propagation please tell me how I can resolve this issue.

It causing by Cloudflare

When you use cloudflare, the IP of your origin server will not show, that is by design and important, btw pls do not share that IP with anyone.

Next stop? I’d contact your domain registrar and ask them to remove these icann holds that I suspect are preventing the propagation of the nameserver change. You may also want to double check with them that you only have cf nameservers, as assigned in your account, for the domain, i do not see any indication there are more that just those two, but does not hurt to check. Ask the registrar to remove these holds

Domain Status: clientTransferProhibited https://icann.org/epp#clientTransferProhibited
Domain Status: clientUpdateProhibited https://icann.org/epp#clientUpdateProhibited
Domain Status: clientRenewProhibited https://icann.org/epp#clientRenewProhibited
Domain Status: clientDeleteProhibited https://icann.org/epp#clientDeleteProhibited

Let us know after you have that conversation as the propagation should happen in less than 24 hours after everything is in place.

As I could see the name servers are managed by Cloudflare which is the reason we do not have the access to review the DNS, DNS access is with them.
I have checked all the screenshots. The hosting IP is **********, in order to make the site live the domain must need to be pointed to the hosting IP. If the below IP is the Cloudflare firewall IP, request you to kindly update the hosting IP above in the Cloudflare firewall.
If the below is not the Cloudflare firewall IP, we request you kindly change the name servers back to Godaddy so that we can manage the DNS and update the correct IP to make the site live.

Below are the ping details of the website to which it is currently pointing.

" I understand your concern that there are no firewall rules, but if the firewall is activated for the domain the hosting IP needs to be updated inside the firewall, to make the site live but in the domain, the Cloudflare IP will be assigned.
The hosting IP is 68.178.145.97.

Unfortunately, we will not have the access to the third-party firewall, so request you to kindly check with Cloudflare and ask them to update the hosting IP inside the firewall ".

Third Reply from Support
"As I have reviewed the Cloudflare support has mentioned that the IP will be assigned by them. Yes, it is correct that the IP will be assigned to the DNS, but the hosting IP needs to be updated inside the Cloudflare firewall in order to make the site live.
If not request you to kindly disable the firewall and change the name servers back to the Godaddy so that we can help you update the correct DNS record and the site will be live after the DNS propagation ".

Mr. Cloonan

Please Tell me how My website will be live because it’s been almost a week.
