I have a multisite wordpress website and im using SSL in each site but the last website stopped working and gave this error.
This site can’t provide a secure connection

It seems that you don’t have any valid certificate for that Cloudflare domain, you should open a support ticket asking to order a new one.
In the meantime, and to avoid any outage, I suggest either you disable Cloudflare for that domain or you deactivate SSL → SSL: off (risky).

Also, if you have your account settings for ALWAYS USE HTTPS set to ON, or have a page rule that does the same, that may cause a redirect issue.
