recently updated cloudflare DNS (NS records) at GoDaddy end

The domain is not using Cloudflare’s nameservers: it has GoDaddy’s nameservers ns49.domaincontrol.com and ns50.domaincontrol.com. And I see an ad-laden page when I open the domain in the browser… no error.

Note that you need to change the nameservers in the domain/registrar’s settings – not in the DNS/Zone manager. See: https://www.godaddy.com/en-ph/help/edit-my-domain-nameservers-664

As the domain is not active on Cloudflare, Cloudflare cannot be the cause of whatever problem you may be having.
