Website down - name servers pointing to cloudflare but not resolving

Hello,
My website is down as initially realised when an email bounced back with:

DNS Error: DNS type ‘a’ lookup of joytalk.biz responded with code NXDOMAIN DNS type ‘aaaa’ lookup of joytalk.biz responded with code NOERROR DNS type ‘aaaa’ lookup of joytalk.biz had no relevant answers.

The website shows:
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

The domain registrar and host informed that the Cloudflare name servers are not resolving, but my Cloudflare account says all is active and looks ok. We need our site to be up and operating so am hoping someone can help with this.

That’s an interesting take on the problem, it looks like your registrar has actually suspended the domain.

Thank you so much for your help! This was exactly the problem and that helped me to get it resolved now. I only wish the registrar didn’t pass the blame because reaching Cloudflare support during the holidays was impossible and cost a lot of time, so I really appreciate this response.
