Website dig result of the hostname gives 127.0.0.1

I currently access one of my website.
dig result of the hostname gives 127.0.0.1.

What shpuld I do? Where is the problem?

Also when I look DNS analytics there is no data as below.

Your domain is not using Cloudflare nameservers.

One of the currently configured nameservers is ns1.verification-hold.suspended-domain.com.. The name seems to say you need to contact your Registrar to resolve some issue.
