How can I submit the complain in order to shut down Hacker clone scammer ?

The reports are generally triaged fairly quickly, that is the quickest way to get the information to the right team at Cloudflare. Unfortunately the community can’t help with this.

Somebody can explain why Cloudflare can cover poeple who used cloudflare platform to phising and copyright our website? I submit complain without any answer from Cloudflare,I assume that this company are scammer partner ,I plan to publish on social media later today video to index cloudflare as internet fraud protection platform.
