Website Changes not visible

whenever I make changes in Wordpress, they are not visible on the website. Even when I purge all Caches it doesn’t show up. The only way to make the changes appear is if I Pause Cloudflare on the site. Enabling Developer mode also doesn’t work.

Here the Technology that I use:

Domain → Godaddy
CMS → Wordpress
WP Plugin → WP Rocket

I found some articles online from people wo seem to have the same problem but somehow those articles either don’t have a clear solution or the solution provided doesn’t work in my case.
