Website can not sent email

hello,
I have connect my site to cloudflare so far so good seems work great
but when a user try to reset his password the website cannot sent mail to the users mailbox
i follow some instruction on how to setup dns and try all variation of the mail MX.
but it is not working
how to set the mail to get it working !
