What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
search bar- looked for IPv6 and AAAA records
What feature, service or problem is this related to?
ACTION NEEDED: Set the Proxy Status of www (www.crayonartgallery.com) to DNS Only just as you have done for the apex domain crayonartgallery.com.
–
The host www.crayonartgallery.com is proxied (but crayonartgallery.com is not).
Proxied hostnames will always show Cloudflare’s IP addresses (both IPv4 & IPv6) rather than the origin IP. This way, requests will first go through Cloudflare’s network so Cloudflare can perform its magic (CDN, security, site acceleration, transformations, etc) before sending the request to your hosting server.
The ONLY way to “remove” those IPs is to set the Proxy Status of www to DNS Only .
But just a heads-up that if you’re not going to use the Cloudflare Proxy at all, then there may be very little value in using Cloudflare to begin with (other than DNS)… as your site can’t benefit from any of Cloudflare’s security protection, performance optimization and other services.
If you’re using a SaaS-based website hosting provider (as opposed to running a software like WordPress on your own hosting provider), this may not be an issue as the SaaS provider will handle most of the security and site optimization at their end.
