Website broken after changing the nameservers to Cloudflare's

Hello. I tried changing my nameservers from GoDaddy to Cloudflare and then my website business-intuition-institute.com stopped working. Perhaps I need to do some extra steps for it to work? On Cloudflare account it says that it’s Active but something else is wrong. And I can’t do anything else because on Kartra (my content management system) I can’t create a custom domain because I need to add my username.kartra.com CNAME in domain service provider’s platform which is GoDaddy but after changing the nameservers to Cloudflare I can’t do that. What to I need to do to fix this? Thanks a lot in advance!

You have added your site to Cloudflare, so your DNS is now managed in your Cloudflare DNS here…
https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns/records

Add the CNAME there. If it doesn’t work, try setting it to “DNS only” instead of “proxied” so the host can verify the entry.

At the moment your site is pointing to Godaddy’s parking page…

Neither DNS only or proxies work for adding CNAME (www). It says: An A, AAAA, or CNAME record with that host already exists. For more details, refer to https://developers.cloudflare.com/dns/manage-dns-records/troubleshooting/records-with-same-name/. (Code: 81053)

You will need to replace any existing record.

You can show a screenshot of your Cloudflare DNS to help.

Delete the A and AAAA records (just for www for the moment).
Once deleted you will be able to add your CNAME.

Check your site works (post back) at www.business-intuition-institute.com. Once it does, we can handle how to make business-intuition-institute.com work.
