What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

i did but didnt solve
Remove any custom rules that challenge or block Facebook IPs.
Create a skip rule for ASNs AS32934 and AS63293 (use the Skip action and configure the rule to skip Security Level).

When I open Facebook, there are no records showing at that time. However, the issue appears clearly on Facebook, and when I pause Cloudflare, the problem disappears completely and does not happen again.
