Our website and WordPress admin panel are not resolving correctly despite the DNS records being configured in Cloudflare. We have verified that the nameservers are set correctly in GoDaddy, and Cloudflare confirms that the domain is active and connected. We are using Cloudflare’s Pro plan, and the DNS records, including A records, CNAME, MX, TXT, and others, are configured as per the requirements. The website was working before but now does not load, and we are also unable to access the WordPress admin panel. We are set to launch our business soon, so it is critical that the website and admin panel become accessible.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Steps Taken:
Verified the DNS settings in Cloudflare and GoDaddy.
Confirmed that the nameservers were updated and propagated.
Tested access to the site and WordPress admin panel.
Contacted our hosting provider, Banahosting, to ensure their configurations align with the current DNS settings.
Still, the issue persists.
