Hello, I am the administrator of my website ROBOT-STORE. CO. UK and for some reason when I tried to add a plugin,Essential Addons Pro, I got a message saying the following:

You are unable to access robot-store. co. uk
Why have I been blocked?

What have you tried so far? It is difficult to say without more details, but it seems like a security function in Cloudflare has blocked your access to your site. As the site owner, you can adjust these settings to allow your own traffic. Here are the steps:
Go to your Cloudflare dashboard.
Navigate to the Firewall tab.
Adjust the Web Application Firewall (WAF) settings or security levels to prevent this from happening again. Perhaps an IP access rule that allows your IP to access the site may work.
When I disabled WAF, it worked. I am not blocked anymore. Thank you so much for your time; you put me in the right direction. I did not create the rule because everything has returned to normal. I recently purchased Cloudflare Pro, but there was no support at all. Cloudflare may be good, but customer service is very important to me. Thank you again for your time.
