You will need to check your origin server for any redirects from tsuglobal.com as that does not use Cloudflare. Only www.tsuglobal.com uses Cloudflare through a partial setup.

I don’t see the redirect you mention, I just get 405 responses. The only one I can get is https://www.tsuglobal.com which redirects to https://www.tsuglobal.com. Check your SSL/TLS setting is set to “Full (strict)” on Cloudflare.
