Website access going up and down this afternoon

This afternoon (Pacific Time), our sites are going up and down. For our site (www.nceo.org) at one host, we get errors like “Error 525 Ray ID: 6de20f2d3a777e64 • 2022-02-15 22:44:10 UTC SSL handshake failed”.

For sites like annualconference.nceo.org at another host, we get errors like “503 Service Temporarily Unavailable Cloudflare-nginx”; Cloudflare says that means “A connectivity issue occured in a Cloudflare data center” and suggests getting the results of /cdn-cgi/trace from a browser where this occurred. So here’s an example:

fl=12f734
h=annualconference.nceo.org
ip=[my IP address]
ts=1644963977.852
visit_scheme=http
uag=Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:97.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/97.0
colo=LAX
http=http/1.1
loc=US
tls=off
sni=off
warp=off
gateway=off

I see the Cloudflare status page says that “Cloudflare is Observing Possible Network Performance Issues in West Coast (USA),” where I am located (it now says the problem is being mitigated).
