What is the issue you’re encountering

Basically the core Wordpress files are not loading, i’ve even tried a fresh install of Wordpress, and its still blocking the files.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

We are trying to check over the site as our site was reported for a phishing scam. I’ve removed what we believe to be the offending scripts, however when trying to check the site over in its entirity, its looking really bad. I tried also to do a fresh install, and the core wordpress files are not loading. Our server company is saying its Cloudflare that is blocking the load of these files.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

If that is the case, you should be able to spot the blocks in your WAF event logs, https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/security/events

Once you spot the block, you can create a WAF custom rule to allow the access https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/security/waf/custom-rules
