What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I verified the IP address of the server and the A records and are OK. However when I ping it is not replying the IP address of the Godaddy server.
the domain is configured with gigi.ns.cloudflare.com and hal.ns.cloudflare.com
the IP address of the server is: 92.205.4.115
When I ping it I get: 172.67.221.164 or 104.21.53.252

What feature, service or problem is this related to?
