What is the issue you’re encountering
webRTC connection for viewers sometimes delivers black screen and no audio instead of video and audio stream. Need help troubleshooting if this is a cloudflare delivery issue. Can anyone provide info if this is a known issue or if there’s anything I could do to prevent black screens? The video / audio does eventually deliver, but takes a random undefined amount of time before the feed is seen.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Unsure what else I can do. I suspect the issue is with cloudflare delivery as majority of viewers have no issue, but a percentage will experience the lack of stream data over the connection on reconnections or initial connection.
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
Video feed is seen over webRTC connection. Reloading the page to reconnect, and viewer will connect but will get black screen for 30 - 120 seconds until feed finally delivers.
