Webpage is not getting opened when we use proxied

we have created subdomain, when we use CNAME with proxied settings webpage is not getting opened, when we use DNS only and keep TTL value 1 minute it is working, we need to work this webpage with proxied settings.

Kindly help to get this fixed.

we have a website on Cloudflare, we have created a subdomain, we have added CNAME records, if we are using proxied settings in CNAME entry with TTL value Auto. webpage is not getting opened and getting error code 522, if we use DNS only settings with TTL Value 1 Minute, webpage is working fine.
