Webmail SSL Problem

My SSL certificate don’t work on webmail. I watched this video: Cloudflare Community Tutorial - Troubleshooting Email Delivery Issues - YouTube and made them but it didn’t work. My DNS configurations:

May I ask was your webmail sub-domain working over HTTPS before moving to Cloudflare?

I assume it was working.

Kindly, could you click on the blue colored “Edit” link in the row for A webmail and switch from the to cloud, wait for few minutes, and re-check if it works?

UPDATE: Okay, webmail might not be covered by the SSL certificate as I got error NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID.

Have you tried renewing it for webmail.bytenpixel.com via your cPanel AutoSSL option?

May I ask what SSL option have you got selected under the SSL/TLS tab at Cloudflare dashboard for your domain ( Flexible, Full, Full Strict … )?

I changed A webmail cloud to Proxied and it’s working now. Thank you so much.
