My home page was stuck on a constant refresh loop today. To stop it, I logged into the WP backend and clicked ‘Clear All Cache’.
This is not the first time this has happened, can anyone offer an explanation?

If a change on application base can fix it it is most probably not related to CloudFlare, but instead to some miss configuration.
With what error/response code did it redirect?
