Webex Audio Being blocked

I recently launched the security gateway with Warp for my remote users. Just today I got a report from a user that they can connect to a webex conference call but audio will not connect. As soon as I turned off Warp, the problem went away. Right now the user has it disabled but I’m not even sure where to start looking to see what could be causing it. Can anyone give me some idea why this could be happening? Any help will be most appreciated.


Hopefully, this will help someone else… I created an HTTP policy similar to the Office 365 one that comes with Warp and just added WebEx. The problem with the audio went away.

What did you use as the ip address or the domain?


Check the list as I think it was one of the choices there.
