Web socket sometime can't connect


We have monitored the system and found that sometimes web socket can’t respond the data to the client( 3-4% total requests last 24h) and it hangs the process ( view image ). We use Business Plan on CF.

  1. Do you limit connection for web socket ( Business Plan )
  2. How to check log fail web socket connection on CF

Plus, We have a staging environment ( free plan ), Fail connection of web socket occurs usually more than in the production environment.
