Web site won't work unless i use a VPN

I have added my website to the CDN yesterday and when i when to load it today so i could do some work on it the site wouldn’t load until i used a VPN.

Any ideas on how to get my site working again without using a VPN?

I have disabled my site on CDN for now so the site works.

That’s not a Cloudflare error message, which is quite strange. If there’s a connectivity issue, you’d see a full-screen Cloudflare error message.

Unfortunately, we can’t troubleshoot a site not proxied by Cloudflare.

I can restart the CDN connection for my website if that will give you the ability to help with this issue

It’ll take five minutes to take effect, so when it’s not working, try this from home and your VPN:

philswebdesign.com/cdn-cgi/trace

And let us know which “colo” shows up.

Funny this is thought when i try my site on my mobile using my internet connection my site works, it also work when I use my 4G also.

It looks like without the VPN, you’re not connecting through Cloudflare. So it appears to be a local DNS issue. Have you tried switching your device’s DNS resolvers to Cloudflare (1.1.1.1/1.0.0.1) or Quad9 (9.9.9.9)?

I have just go to my website use chrome browser on my laptop and my site loads but if I use MS Edge it still fails to load.

And no i have not changed my device DNS resolver to Cloudflare how would i do that?

Changed my laptops DNS to 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 and done a nslookup but it is still pointing to my internet service providers DNS

Changed DNS and restart my laptop still not loading my website without a VPN

Are you using Windows, or Mac?
