Our web site www.ais.com.az does not work.
We cannot log in to our account in order to check and fix it.
It seems that one of our ex-workers created a personal account and our web site still sits in his personal account.

You’re getting the DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN error, yes?
When you see the error DNS PROBE FINISHED NXDOMAIN, it means a domain cannot be resolved because of an issue with the DNS servers, the domain name is newly registered, or the domain is not yet registered at all. First verify the domain is pointed to Cloudflare name servers. If not, contact your domain registrar and ask that they point the domain to your Cloudflare nameservers and wait an appropriate amount of time for DNS propagation to take effect.

To correct that error, follow the QuickFix ideas in the above mentioned CommunityTip, to do that, you need to have access to the dash account that holds the zone (domain, site). The best/fastest/easiest way to do this is to contact the former employee and ask them. If you are unable to do that, you’ll need to move the domain to another account. Add it to the account you are using here and then change the nameservers at your domain registrar.
Chances are, you will need additional details from that former employee in order to correctly configure the site in your current account. If not, it gets more difficult, but we’re here to help along the way if you encounter issues.
