I have started getting a cloudfare 520 error when I try and edit my site.

What happened?

There is an unknown connection issue between Cloudflare and the origin web server. As a result, the web page can not be displayed.

What can I do?

I have no idea whats causing this. Any ideas what I can do?

I am not a programmer or a massive tech geek so if it can be explained in simpler terms I would appreciate it!

There is a lot of talk of TCP connections etc on the support page… I am lost to be honest. I need a step by step guide to how to fix this.

cloudfare 520 error

A 520 error? click 520 for some ideas. It’s a timeout error that is happening. Best first place to look is to see if you can find the error in the origin server logs.

So it is not letting me post the error log due to it having links in it. I have uploaded it as a screenshot instead.

The only way I can seem to fix it is by deleting the EZOIC integration plugin. I think maybe it clashes with cloudfare… I really wish I had more knowledge around all of this or time to learn! It is complicated stuff and hard to find anyone with knowledge to take a look and help fix it.
