The CNAME for trust.ziwo.io points to trust.cname.drata.com. If that domain is in another Cloudflare account you cannot CNAME to it, hence the error.
Either point directly to its origin A/AAAA records, or drata.com needs to use Cloudflare for SaaS and create a custom hostname for you.
